Located approximately 150 kilometers from the Arctic Circle it rises over 432 meters (1,420 ft) above sea level. It’s known more as a family orientated resort than any other ski hill in the country. Levi

Pyhä – Luosto


Located only 90 minutes from the Arctic Circle, Pyhä – Luosto has two separate but joined ski areas and some of the most challenging runs in Finland. It’s an excellent hill for intermediate skiers or boarders.

At Pyhä-Luosto, you can be active all year round. The winter in Pyhä-Luosto offers skiing, visits to Pyhä-Luosto Husky and Reindeer Park and the Amethyst Mine. Also, you can go snowmobiling and you can go on reindeer and husky safaris. Choices for a summer adventures include hiking up to Amethyst Mine or in the Pyhä-Luosto National Park, canoeing, fishing, bicycling and swimming are very popular with tourists. Saariselkä


Located 250 kilometers north of the Arctic Circle is the ski village of Saariselkä. This is an excellent resort that offers you a chance to see Sámi culture with its Sámi Museum, the Northern Lapland Nature Centre or the Gold Prospector Museum Golden World exposition. Ylläs


Ylläs is nestled in one of the highest fells in Finnish Lapland. Its large area consists of seven falls, two original Lappish villages, 44 slopes and 330 km of trails.
