This is an up and coming beach resort, where you will find hotels and bars that line the beach front. The beautiful white sandy beaches are overlooked by cliffs that make for a perfect back drop.




Holetown is located on the west coast of the country and it was one of the original British settlements, but today it’s one of the country’s most exclusive resorts, where the world’s rich and famous and honeymooners go on vacation. Around Holetown, you will find a few resorts, which are adults only.

The best areas for beaches are found around Paynes Bay, which has loads of high-end hotels and popular beachfront bars and clubs. If you are looking for activities away from the beach, check out Harrison’s Cave, which is limestone caves that attract the more adventurous tourist.

The nightlife in Holetown can get quite crazy in the peak tourist times, as some of the bars and clubs stay open till the early hours and the party is one you don’t want to miss. St Lawrence Gap


The St Lawrence Gap is located on the southwest coast of Barbados and it’s considered to be the party resort of Barbados. It attracts mainly 18-30s who are looking for the bars, fantastic clubs, which attracts international DJs during peak season.

The beaches in the St. Lawrence Gap have beautiful white sandy beaches, excellent windsurfing and snorkeling spots, which are considered to be some of the best in Barbados. The most popular of these beaches is Dover Beach, which is an excellent spot for relaxing on the beach and watching the day go by.   

As mentioned before the nightlife in St. Lawrence Gap is the best on the island, as the there are loads of pubs, bars and clubs, which attract some of the top international DJs and they stay open till the early hours. St. Peter Parish


St Peter Parish is located on the northern coast of the island and its considered to have some of the best beaches in Barbados. The two most popular places that tourists go to are Cobblers Cove Hotel, which attracts mainly adults and couples. The resort is Almond Beach Village, which attracts mainly package holiday makers from Canada, Britain and the US.

The beaches at St Peter Parish are considered to be a bit wider than the other resorts and they are fantastic white sandy beaches, which are great for relaxing. The most popular is Mullins Beach, which is located south of Speightstown and it has loads of pubs, bars and restaurants.
